2. SCOPE AND AGE
PASSIONDUO is intended exclusively for people aged 18 or over.
The application is not directed at persons under 18 years of age.
3. OPERATION AND LOCAL DATA
PASSIONDUO is designed to operate without requiring a proprietary user account.
Version 1.0 stores on the device the information needed to provide and preserve the game experience.
Such local data may include:
- names or identifiers chosen for profiles;
- profile data and preferences;
- language and other local settings;
- game progress and current game state;
- game answers and results;
- histories used for replayability;
- Radar information;
- narrative memory and data used to maintain continuity between sessions;
- memory created during the trial of PRO features.
No proprietary PASSIONDUO server has been implemented to receive this game data.
4. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASES
The data and operations described in this policy may be processed for the following purposes:
a) Operation of PASSIONDUO
Local data is used to provide the functions requested by the user and to maintain profiles, progress, results, Radar, memory and preferences.
The applicable legal basis is the performance of the relationship arising from the use of the application and the functions requested by the user.
b) Purchases and restoration of PASSION PRO
Google Play manages the purchase and restoration of PASSION PRO.
The processing necessary to recognise the acquired entitlement is carried out in connection with the performance of the purchase and the provision of PRO features.
c) Handling queries and incidents
When a person voluntarily writes to info@passionduo.app, the data included in the message is used to respond to the query, provide assistance and manage incidents.
Depending on the nature of the communication, processing may be necessary to manage the relationship with the user or may be based on the legitimate interest in handling queries, security matters and incidents related to PASSIONDUO.
d) Compliance with obligations
Certain information may be processed when necessary to comply with applicable legal obligations.
5. ADVERTISING, ANALYTICS AND TELEMETRY
PASSIONDUO 1.0 does not include advertising.
PASSIONDUO 1.0 does not include third-party analytics SDKs or third-party telemetry.
The application does not use these mechanisms to create advertising profiles or display personalised advertising.
6. GOOGLE PLAY AND PASSION PRO
PASSION PRO is offered through a purchase managed by Google Play.
Google Play is involved in the purchase, recognition and restoration of the acquired entitlement and processes the corresponding information in accordance with its own terms and policies.
PASSIONDUO uses the necessary purchase status information to recognise or restore PRO access.
Deleting PASSIONDUO local data does not remove a PASSION PRO purchase associated with Google Play.
7. SUPPORT EMAIL AND HOSTINGER
The official support email address is:

The email service is currently provided through Hostinger.
When a person chooses to send a support email, the data voluntarily included in that message is processed to manage the communication and may be processed through the infrastructure and providers used by Hostinger in accordance with its applicable terms and data protection mechanisms.
Hostinger provides legal mechanisms for international transfers that may occur in the provision of its services, including Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.
Do not send passwords, banking information or intimate information that is not necessary to resolve a query or incident.
8. RECIPIENTS AND EXTERNAL SERVICES
Game data stored locally is not intended to be transmitted to a proprietary PASSIONDUO server.
External services may be involved in specific situations:
- Google Play, for PASSION PRO purchases and restoration;
- Hostinger, as the current provider of the support email service and the hosting of PASSIONDUO public web pages;
- the email application chosen by the user when voluntarily initiating a communication;
- the browser and corresponding web infrastructure when public PASSIONDUO pages are voluntarily opened.
PASSIONDUO public web pages are currently hosted through Hostinger. When they are voluntarily accessed, the hosting infrastructure may process the technical data necessary to serve the pages and maintain the security and operation of the service, in accordance with Hostinger's applicable terms and data protection mechanisms.
9. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
PASSIONDUO has not implemented a transfer of local game data to proprietary servers.
External services used may process information in different territories according to their own infrastructures and safeguards.
In particular, Hostinger, as the current provider of the support email service and public web hosting, provides in its contractual documentation mechanisms to protect transfers of data outside the European Economic Area where applicable.
These safeguards apply to the Hostinger services used by PASSIONDUO in accordance with the corresponding contractual and data protection terms.
10. RETENTION AND DELETION
Local data remains on the device for as long as necessary to preserve the experience and until it is deleted through the available functions or the mechanisms provided by the operating system.
PASSIONDUO distinguishes between resetting progress and deleting all local data.
The DELETE ALL DATA function removes from local storage managed by PASSIONDUO:
- saved profiles and names;
- local progress and game state;
- game histories;
- Radar information;
- narrative memory, including memory created during the PRO trial;
- local settings.
This operation does not remove the PASSION PRO purchase entitlement managed by Google Play.
11. INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS
When PASSIONDUO processes personal data subject to data-protection law, the data subject may exercise, where applicable, the rights of:
- access;
- rectification;
- erasure;
- restriction of processing;
- objection;
- data portability.

Data that remains exclusively on the device and has not been transmitted to PASSIONDUO may be managed directly through the application's local functions and the device itself.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos) if you consider that processing does not comply with applicable law.
12. SECURITY
PASSIONDUO limits the processing described in this policy to the information necessary for its functions.
The physical and logical protection of the device, its backups and the external services used also depends on Android, the device configuration and the corresponding service providers.
13. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
This policy may be updated when PASSIONDUO features, data-processing activities, providers or applicable requirements change.
The published version will state its date of update.
